INSTRUCTOR – NORTHRISE BUSINESS SCHOOL
Job Objective:
To lecture as well as participate in general academic programmes of the university.
Main Duties and responsibilities:- Preparation of course material
- Devise and participate in assessment strategies
- Management of courses
- Managing and evaluating the success of the course
- Participate in course design
- To perform any other duties consistent with your position as may from time to time be assigned to you
Skills and Abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to contextualize business and management teaching to the local context
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a minimum of a Masters degree in Business Studies / Management
- Practical experience at supervisory level in industry
- Previous teaching at undergraduate and post graduate level will be an added advantage
Other:
- Ability to teach Business Law and Business
- Forecasting will be an added advantage
